"I have had the pleasure of working with Sara since September 2021 on numerous projects. Modern Reno Plus offers refurbishment services of multi story residential buildings, as well as renovations of condo units.
Sara has been an indispensable team member whose attention to detail, strong grasp of budgets, and meticulous organizational skills allowed us to deliver projects on budget and on time. Her ability to deal with the executive cadre, as well as multiple other stakeholders, ensured that the projects ran smoothly and within the framework of the various expectations. When interacting with the condo boards, her expertise in consolidating the various and varying requirements into a conceptual design with consensus is where Sara’s talent really shined.
While being able to communicate and coordinate with various teams involved in the projects, Sara displayed a commendable ability to work autonomously in delivering comprehensive documentation from technical drawings, specification packages, renderings, schedules to progress reports, all while respecting deadlines which were often very tight.
