The refurbishment project will transform the corridor with boutique grade materials intended to enhance the market value of the property to all the typical corridors and elevator landings, to better connect the residents to and from their home in timeless style.

Sara Mann Interior Design (SMID) to tastefully re-design the common areas of the elevator landing and corridors. A surprising charm is born out of the dialog between the bright tiles, metallic finish textured wallcovering and modern meets traditional custom designed carpet. From classic to contemporary.
A bold proposal comes from the full-body porcelain wall tiles. An architectural element where the oversized ceramic slabs become the true protagonists of the space. A prerequisite element requested by the client to offer cultured modernity that contend for domination in a single environment.
The materials emanate a vibrant energy that is transmitted to the floors and walls where nostalgia for the past and innovation for the future mingle.
